Baking Soda For Heartburn

Heartburn is a very common problem in adults. But today the problem is seen in children too. The usage of dose of baking soda for heartburn in children should be taken from doctors. Adults can use ½ teaspoonful of baking soda in a glass. This glass can be repeated if required.

Intake of too much of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) will consequence in nausea, loss of appetite, headache, frequent urination, fatigue, mood changes, and anxiety.
