Reducing incidences of your heartburn

Tried to recap couple of things that helped me to bring heartburn under some form of control:- I stopped eating too late. Well it was hard but it is the most effective one. Now if I eat late I don’t go to bed approximately 2 hours after that. Sometimes that could be hard – but I know that if I break this rule I will have bad taste in my mouth next morning. And if I do this couple weeks in a row my heartburn occurences will jump- Stopped eating acid food at all. Before I tended to try it from time to time to check if it would work. But after some experiments I know that “it won’t work” at least for now. It is interesting that story is pretty much the same as with eating late. If you GERD is under control it won’t hurt to have something acid once. But if you keep doing it then it will get back…
